There is a saying – “un dicho” – in Spanish which is “hecha polvo.” Translated directly, “made of powder.” It’s meaning: “exhausted.”

It’s how I’m feeling tonight.

How about all of you?

You doing okay?

Hope so.

Because…

It’s important that…

We learn to lean in….

Seeing, one another… maybe for the first time.
